NEED HELP! My tank is about to fail!!

Starting Yesterday, ich had taken the life of my fish in a couple hours with no prior signs before. My other fish also are getting it.

my tank also just spiked ammonia to 2ppm out of nowhere with extremely high nitrates.
WHAT DO I DO?? Need to act fast! I don’t think just water changes will do the job. I also do NOT have a QT

Do a big water change. Maybe 50%. What are your nitrates testing at?

can you get a picture of the tank?
livestock list?
Brief description of why you think it was ich?

How old is tank? Ich isnt really life or death in most cases but it didnt cause an ammonia spike.
Any new fish or lotta fish added recent?
