So i just bought a 2 bulb coral life t5ho fixture for my im lagoon tank. So im wandering do i need a supplemental led with it or what 2 bulb combo should i run?(i know its not much to work with for a combo) Or should i just let it roll and let it do its thing? Am i just over thinking it? I want it to be mostly sps with zoas thats it. Tips and tricks and criticism is welcome and appreciated thanks

Let it roll for now as you cycling your tank for the next couple weeks or month anyways.
Do some reading on zoa's for what water and light they need and do the same with SPS.
Current light probably will be enough for some zoa's but SPS will be a question ?? mark.

Well its been running about a month and a half, and i frag couple zoas out of my bigger set up and they are open as well. I just put the light on several days ago.

How deep is that tank?

Stay the course.
IMO , keep your eye out for a strip light led. Something like a current orbit marine. Even the old non pro style will make you pretty happy.

Budget naturally.
But the correct is a pretty good light.
There's a couple of versions , some with no lenses are non pro , with lenses are the pro. Used they run under $100

I just sold a 20in pro version for $50 locally.

Marine land and beams works are two other decent brands. I like the orbit more as the blue is a royal blue and sweet for the first couple and last couple viewing hours. Only About 3in wide too.

Thanks everyone i hope this isnt over kill but i got a reef radiance for a ***** good price earlier so i went and grabed it. Wifey is gonna kill me in my sleep lol

Here I fixed it, wasn't that bad to set it straight as where you had it there wouldn't stay a drop of water in your tank :p
