So i planned on upgrading my tank to around a 150 but since i live on a third floor of a apartment and my landlord said no i decided to just start another tank and just keep my old one up im looking for a all in one tank around 50 gallons atm im leaning toward the JBJ 45 gallon but I'm not 100% sure yet since 45 is my minimum and would like up to a 60 its to be be a seahorse tank so it def needs to be a clean nice lookin tank since it will be my baby the reason i need it to be all in one tank is that i already have a drilled tank setup and always freak out when it storms since i live on a 3rd floor and dont want it to leak everywere and dont want double the worry i have seen Red Sea 60 i like it but way outa my price range im looking to spend around 1000$ max any advice would be great even have been considering making my own all in one tank

Man your kinda far but there is a Red Sea 65g for sale on Craig's in Miami for $500

Also not sure why ur landlord isn't permitting a 150, I live on a 2nd floor and have a 120g + about 40g in a sump, with no issues at all. I'm in construction and most apartments have a solid concrete slab with rebar dividing each floor. I highly doubt there will be any issues, aside from getting the tank up there that is. Come to think of it I have a friend who has a 220 in a 2nd floor apt and is in the process of upgrading to a 300(hoping he doesn't call me for help getting it up the stairs lol)
