Need help on Rockscape: does it look good? :(

Few tips to add on

Be the fish. Go thru your stock list and make homes for your future fish. Cave for the Goby, perch for the hawkfish, open space for the tang.

Less is more. I would bet most people add some rock in the first six months. New coral that came on liverock, a seed rock for Coraline, some reason or another you will add some. It would be nice to have the room for it.

Add depth. Peaks and valleys; foreground rocks and background rocks; open space and clusters of rocks. If you arrange your rocks to be on display they will look like they are just on display. Museum vs nature.

Have fun

I honestly think they would all be fine. Just leave plenty of room to reach every part of the glass for cleaning, and make sure you can easily pick up larger pieces to move without toppling the whole thing in case you need to retrieve something from the tank.

I am a “stack it and forget it” kinda guy. My aquascape took me 5 minutes for 175# of rock or so.

Great! Since we have the same stacking style. May I see your scape for inspiration?

UPDATE: I was thinking about breaking apart the rock, but once the light was up I thought it looked decent (even though it looks like mountains to some), so I might keep them as is :\

I like it. That's cool how it steps down from left to right in good proportions. Then the small rock in front of the tall one is a nice touch.

Yes that's exactly how I planned it - stepping down from left to right. Thank you for the opinion. :)
