Need help on this worm

I have a lot of this type worm in tank
strange long, skinny, red worm lot of them hide in sand but some are just floating in the tank at night time.

They could be sand worms, jaw worms or hair worms. There really isn’t a clear cut name without being able to see it under a magnifying glass or microscope.

Sorry I can’t help out more! I have these worms as well but they seem beneficial.

They are definitely hurting my sps, I’m trying to pull it off from the sps but it just won’t let it go

Looks like spaghetti worms to me as well. They good for the tank.
