Need help plate coral

Hi I have a plate coral my tank parameters are solid no fluctuations my plate was good then it started like skeleton then gunk on it it come out a little don’t know what’s going on

if it dies do NOT remove it. A lot of times plate corals will start to sprout babies months after they were completely dead.
 
I’m really at a loss I have no idea what happened I test every day and everything is on par my lights are good
 
They can get some sort of bacterial issue with them, I have one on a bare bottom and try to make sure that junk doesn’t get trapped under it.
 
So it had this brown stuff on it I cleaned it off in sink with salt water then the brown comes back what the heck lol those pics were yesterday now it’s the entire half I don’t know if I should take it out I clean it and get the funk off of course out of tank
All parameters are on point

Like I said, they get bacterial infections and once they get them I never got it to recover. Maybe a low % Perixide dip, but I would research it first
