Need help please!! Tiny black/red worms

Noticed these growing in numbers in my tank over the past few days. No new coral or fish over 4 months. Here’s a video and picture.

seem like red planaria flatworms. depending the size of your tank a wrasse will do well.

flatworm exit is also an option but requires more detail.

That’s kinda what I thought but wanted some more opinions.
 
If you go with the chemical approach make sure to read up about how to do it, and start by siphoning out all of them that you can.

The dying worms will release a toxin, so the less worms die in the tank the better.

I’ve used wrasses many times over the years to keep these in check. In my most recent tank, I got red planaria from a maxi mini that was in rough shape that I didn’t dip. Added a six-line and after I few days they were pretty much gone, haven’t really seen any since.
