Can you please post some white light pics?

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

In addition to clear pics taken under white light, a video can also help.

How long have you had this fish?

I hope this helps more

The ring like lesions are often a sign of bacterial infection. That is really common in newly acquired blonde nasos. Sometimes, this heals on it own. If the lesions grow larger or new ones start, you need to consider treating it in a hospital tank with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic like Neoplex.

Noting you suggested gram negative coverage, what bacterium are you thinking is at the top of the list as the pathogen?

Vibrio, but most external marine fish bacteria are gram negative.
