This is my first tank with a sump and need help with the plumming i know i need bulkheads and stuff but dont know where to start. It also doesnt have any return nozzles. If anybody can help with sizes and what all I need that would be awesome thanks

Email BRS with your issue. Their sales people will give you a complete list of the stuff you should get.

On the bottom of the overflow in the tank should be a hole in the glass. There may or may not be a bulkhead in the hole. The bulkhead seals the PVC pipe to the tank so there are no leaks. Try to use the biggest size bulkhead that will fit in the hole. That will tell you the max size of your drainline.
Drain line connects down to filter sock area of sump.
If there is only no be hole in the tank, then it must be plumbed with an over-the-back style return. From the opposite end of the drain, place a return pump. Match whatever size output it has or go bigger. Then just run you line up over and down the back of the tank with a few 90s. Good luck, there's tons of info here

Thanks for the info there arent any bulkheads in yet there are 2 holes at the bottom of the overflow I'm guessing 1 is emergency drain and the other is the return. My question do you have to have PVC that goes up in the overflow or do I just put the bulkheads in and just do the plumbing underneath to the sump
