Need help Radion xr15 Gen 4 light setting

i need help i have brought my self a DD 1200 reef tank its a shallow tank its 18 inch tank 365L i have brought gen 4 radian xr15 lights 2 but am not to sure to set my lighting intensity i haven't got any corals yet and i cant get my hands on a par meter am looking to have nice sps tank and good growth can anyone please help me my lights are 6 inch above water
