I'm in desperate need of HELP. Had the tank running for 2 months now and just swapped the rock and the sand with the existing water last week. Since the weekend all four of my fishes are death (2 clowns, 1 blue tang and a Kole). Can you one please help me identify what is it on the fish? I don't think this fish will survive and unfortunately I do not have a hospital tank. What should i do? all the Fishes that are death had these symptom and currently 3 of the fishes in the tank are carrying this white stuffs on their body.

Please HELP me :(

Looks like velvet or brookylnella. If it's brook most likely the fish will die as soon as signs show. either way you need a ht to start a treatment. If not your fish will most likely not make it sorry man

what kind of treatment should i do?

I'm gonna guess marine velvet. It's treated with copper.

I know that rid ich has what is needed to help with brook but I will tell you that it's super deadly. Look up marine velvet as well and use what is recommended. Sorry I can't be more help. I hope i'm wrong about the brook because it's a real pain

You need a hospital tank. If you have a sponge filter of any kind in your display you can use it to cycle a 10 gallon otherwise a bunch of water changes are in your future. You'll need a 10 gallon tank, hang on the back filter and heater. Either use coppersafe or Cupermine and follow the directions on the bottle. By the look of your fish, she may not last too much longer. Best advice I can give is to quarantine all new addition for now on.

Also pick up an ammonia alert badge, keeping the hospital tank ammonia free is very important.

so i will need to get a 10Gals and i don't have the sponge, what do i need to seed the tank? in a meanwhile can i do 50% water change tomorrow?

Just keep the ammonia down and do your best. Get some extra sponges with your filter and always keep one in your sump for emergencies. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

Water change wont help. Yuo need a ht. Can you hit up a petco or pets mart in you area
i will hit petsmart first thing in the morning for the HT then treating them

Can u describe the parasites? Are you sure they are not copepods or amphipods? These are very small crustaceans that are beneficial to your tank.
