Need help setting up 2nd AI prime as child

So it appears AI doesn't appreciate any negative feedback / criticism on their forum. I posted how frustrated I was trying to get two lights set up. Within about 30 min my post had disappeared and when I try to log back into the site it says account suspended. :-(

Took me about an hour but I finally got the first light set up showing as parent. When I attempt to add the second light it wants me to create a new tank name and this shows the light as parent also. I've googled several different things trying to find detailed instructions but no luck.

I just finished programming the first one and it looks great on the tank.

Ummm...nevermind...I just found a youtube video showing it.

I'd set up the first light to make sure everything worked then tried setting up the first light. Video shows you connect both lights at the same time.

Do you have that link to the video. I have lots of problems w/ the Ai Primes setting up the child

I had the same problem with 3 Ai 52 HD so I called and the were nice to send link to me email on how to make 1 parent and other 2 child. So if you have 2 Ai u need one parent and one child. Reset them both first just like starting all over agian hold button down until red light blinks then release. Unit will rest to factory. Ok here is the fun part. Look at the bar code for the first one u want parent. I use my iPad for this. Go into your wifi setting and find the first one u want parent click onto that then goto the app but don't add just make sure the app see it. Exit app and go back to wifi and click on the second unit. Back to the app agian. At this time it will ask you for parent and child the units. That's what I had to do and if that doesn't work here is the link wish u luck.

I agree! SO HARD to set up a second one. I ended up completely uninstalling the app and starting from scratch-meaning I lost all my settings for the original.
I spend 30 frustrating minutes trying to figure this out before uninstalling everything and starting fresh.

I had the same problem, took me a while to get it. If memory serves, it worked better once I got the first one on my network, then went into the website and choose the child.
