Need help Setting up a quarantine/hospital tank

I’ve run nano tanks for most of my journey into saltwater, but I’ve recently set up a used established 120+40b sump set up. This is my first non nano tank. So far it’s only stocked with a Sailfin Tang, a Yellow Tang, and 2 Banggai Cardinalfish... I’ve got a generic 30 long marineland tank that I’d like to use as a quarantine/hospital tank. I’m wanting to stock some relatively expensive fish and more than wasting money to losing fish via non quarantine, I truly value the health of my fish and corals. These are my pets, my “babies”. I need help in building the quarantine tank because I’ve never done it before. Unfortunately my budget right now isn’t necessarily tight but I’m wanting to spend a minimum (although I will slowly upgrade as time goes by) setting it up initially. I’m guessing I’ll need a hob filter and a small pump to keep flow going. Other than this I’m clueless. Please help by giving a list of necessary things I’ll need to set up and if possible give the preferred brand names of said items. Anyway after looking at alllllllllllllll the pictures. lol

You can setup a quarantine tank on a relatively tight budget.
Bare tank ( I'm fond of 20 longs).
I seed a air powered sponge filter in the sump of my display tank. The sponges are cheap so I keep a new one in the sump all the time.
I use a small powerhead and a back filter with just a sponge in it to capture floating food.
A heater.
A couple small air pumps. One for the display tank sump and one for the quarantine tank.
And a few large pvc fittings for cover.
With keeping a sponge filter going all the time in the sump of my display tank, I don't need to keep the quarantine tank running all the time.
It can be restarted in the time it takes to mix saltwater.

I am actually setting up a QT today. Here's my list.

20gal high, no longs available.
Sponge filter (I have an air pump already)
Aquaclear 20
Pvc fittings
Going to throw in a chunk of live rock, and take it out if I need to dose medication.

Seeded air powered sponge filter for biological filtration.
Back filter with sponge to catch floating excess food and waste.

I almost forgot, something I normally use to help monitor the ammonia level in my quarantine tank.
One of those Sea Chem ammonia badges. They seem to work in copper treated water reasonably well.
Otherwise you need to test fairly regularly for ammonia.

I ordered one from amazon last week but it seems to be lost in post office hell.
