Need help setting up my Loop system?!?!?!

I have gotten My lights, Power heads, and my flow pump. I tried hooking them up last night. I could hook my flow pump module up and it was fine until I plugged in the power cord. I haven't tried hooking up my power heads as of yet. I have also tried moving where I have the flow pump module plugged into as well, the ports on the bottom of the modules that is. Every time I plug in the power cord to the flow pump module I get ERR on the display screen for the lights. I don't know what else to do and I have tried all day to get a hold of someone at Current to talk with them and no answer and I have left a message and also emailed as well. If anyone out there has this system and had the same issue with yours please help me out if you can.

I did do that also. I check, check, and recheck everything on it.

Where specifically are you receiving this error codeThe only piece I have that as a display is where I’ll adjust the pumps and the lights. I don’t want to spoil your fun with these but I found them to be a point of sale and I only keep them because they came with the tank

I see right there that you do not have the module for your flow pump plug in. Is there a reason you don't have it plugged in? that is when I get my ERR. plugging the module for the flow pump in. I don't know I might have to wait till I get the Bluetooth module to run the flow pump.

What is it that you don't like about them? I talked with a lot of people before I got them and people love them. I have hear a lot of good stuff about them. They were also rated very high as well. I just wanted something different on this tank and something that was easy to use. which lights do y0u have orbit, IC, or the Pro's?

I actually have it seperate I don’t hook it up to the loop. Like mine flowing full. Also that piece that it plugs into overheats and turns unit off for a few minutes. I complained and they sent me another dial module. Kept happening so they sent me their latest greatest pump and switch. I have an apex with ato setup so I don’t like sumo off for full 10 minutes

What size pump do you have on yours? I hope I don't have that issue with mine. I got the water put in the tank last night and got it running. so far soo good. I have the smallest pump on mine. its the 1050 gph pump on mine. just have to keep it about have way on power.
