Can I access my Profilux 4 from outside my house?

Yes - with help of internet and the cloud service MyGHL (free of charge)

Sincerely Lasse
Bit more info please. How to set it up?

Is anyone able to tell me how to get the internal hotspot to work on my Doser 2.1 SA? I plug it in and can’t find it on my WiFi on my phone.

Watched the video, but I don’t have option to type my GHL ID

Do you have WiFi or USB connection to your device?

Local WiFI (you must know your local IP and type that in your browser). The blue ring show my local IP - your can be different. The red show your ID

I’m trying to set it up on my iPhone GHL Connect app. This is my home screen

And when I press “Add device” my next screen options look like this

Nothing like the tutorial. What am I missing/doing wrong?

Yes I did

Are your devices connected to your home network (your wireless router) or connected as hotspots?

Sincerely Lasse

Connected to my home WiFi

I have not done this with the Iphone app - you have local access and you need to add this computers to my ghl in order to get internet access.

Easiest way to do that is with help of GCC and a PC. Do you have access to a PC and have you install the GCC?

Sincerely Lasse

Yes I have pc.
and I’ve installed gcc as well. But Unwillingly I’ve changed some of the settings and I can’t connect my P4 to gcc. For this reason I’m using GHL Connect. Also with my phone I don’t have to use usb cables :)

Try to connect with the USB cable. Start GCC and go to administration. Use the device manager (red) in order to chose the COM port you should use (blue)

Or use your app and look up which local ip addresses for your different devices

Configure like this (your actual local IP address in the red marking

If you succeed to connect to your devices in one of these ways - pleas comeback and I will try to guide you further

Can you run the update (that is crashing) via USB connection?

It was also crashing via USB when attempting to update from 1.30 to 1.36
Maybe raise a ticket with GHL via their website. Dealing with different time zones will cause a delay but they should get it sorted for you.

Hey, I just bought a used doser 2.1 and can’t seem to get it connected:
1. I tried looking for the hotspot, but there’s none.
2. I tried setting it up through GHL Control Center by using a USB-C ( 2019 MAC pro running boot camp windows 10) to USB and it doesn’t seem to pick up the connection from the doser. I also tried two new cables and still no luck. I also updated the usb drive from the program files and still doesn’t recognize the unit. Now could the issue be I’m using a usb-c port ? Does both ends of the connection needs to be a regular USB cable? Thanks, looking forward to your responses.
