Ok I need to know if this thing is good or bad never seen it before

Sorry picture isn't very good I saw it about 2 hours after lights went out and as soon as I tries to take a picture with flash he went back into the rock I don't want this thing to hurt my fish or anything please help

Welcome to REEF2REEF!!!! A better pic would help easily identify but to the looks of it it may be a bristle worm but then again a more focused pic could tell differently. I like them because they add to your cleanup crew.

It comes put of the rock about an inch or 2 then seems like little tiny stings come out of it a little further and explore the crevasses in the rock
