So like all good parents I left my three year old son unsupervised watching my saltwater tank for the span of probably 30 seconds. In that short time he took some Fluval stratum which I use for my fresh water tanks substrate and dropped about 15 to 20 pellets into my 13.5 gallon tank. I tried to symphony some out with hose but I can’t get them all out. Do you think this will be something that could basically throw my tank of balance and nuke it or do you think it will be ok. Yea I used them all few pellets are just in that weird spot where I can’t fit anything without moving the rock.

Probably ok. Just keep an eye on parameters. It does say it supports a lower ph for freshwater plants, but I dont think 15 - 20 pellets would be enough to wreak havoc on your water.

Seems to be pretty inert stuff. Takes years to dissolve. Looks like all you'll see is a trace boost of iron so maybe a bit of algae food.
The small amount shouldn't have any affect on your pH but keep an eye on things.
