Need help starting up breeding, as well as aquiring initial creatures

Working on breeding Nano Conches(Strombus maculatus), Sexy Shrimp (Thor Amboinensis), and Neon Gobies (elacantinus oceanops). Any tips and tricks as well as a place I can get males and females of these species?
