Has him for several months. Was very healthy until today. Been battling some green algae. Got most of it removed. Been removing sections of it week by week. Had a 20% water change 2 days ago. Have a bta and coral shrimp along with 2 clown fish and 2 damsels. I’m out of town and roommate found him like this today. I think ints I ich or stress. The bta recently moved. Wondering if maybe he got too close to him.

That is marine velvet. Acanthurus tangs are very succeptable.

Have you recently added any livestock? Or anything else that come from another system like sand or live rock?

Yes I bought the live rock that the BTA was living on. About a month or two ago
