Just noticed this in my tank today and dont know what it is and if it is OK to keep in tank or do I need to get it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you catch it??? Doesn't look safe I'm not sure but the best thing to do is search to see if hits good or bad ! Hope it's nothing like a polyclads flatworm! Check the pest list
