Need help trying to diagnose sick wrasse

I treated with prazipro last night and saw a lot more worms coming out this morning. He's also starting to eat a little more. Could I add a measure of Neoplex to his food to treat a possible internal bacterial infection or sepsis? I don't have Kanaplex yet which I know is much better.

Great to hear. The przi is just taking effect and should clear him out. allow 6 more days and do a water change and apply one more application lasting a week and should be good to go
