Hey guys I'm new to this site been keeping salt water for about 3 years now but never anything to advanced now I have a 80 gallon rimless tank and it's only 18 inches deep I currently have the current usa pro lights on my tank with two t5 fixtures and I'm picking up tomorrow two brand new 32hd hydras my question is do I just use the aclimation mode on the hydras or should I see if I can turn them down even more then that i just don't want to stun my corals alot I currently have one elagance, anemone, zaoanthids, frogspawn, euphillia, toads tool. The current usa pro lights I have right now I Beleive are pretty old as I bought them off a guy used I'm worried the par is very low on them as alot of my corals keep reaching for more light

Yes, I would use acclimation mode on something like a 45 day acclimation period. Set your lights at your desired final power and then have them start acclimation at something like 40-50% of you final power. The lights will automatically ramp them up over the 45 days until it reaches the final settings.

I agree with lpsouth1987. Accumulation would be best. Welcome to R2R.

My recommendation for your final settings would be a modified AB+ UV at 65%, all Blues at 68%, Red & Green at 3% and whites at 5%. That's what I am running on my E-260. I am running Hydra 26 HDs.
