Need help urgently: what is this? algae or cyano?

This has kill some of my sps, now the lps are infected as well.
What could be it and what shoule I do?

Agree looks like dinos and some cyano also.

what can I do to stop them from growing? I use turkey baster to suck some out every other day but they keep coming back

btw I have UV running 24/7

nitrate and po4 are both 0.

no3 and po4 0 is the reason then…
u should try to increase both slowly and manual remove the cyanos then

hmm, I have a couple of fish died recently, should I get more fish or just increase the feeding?
