Why would you want to kill it? It's a corallimorph just like mushroom corals and have a very weak sting if they have any sting at all (GSP is probably more dangerous). IMO they add a higher level of biodiversity to the tank. But if you are dead set on removing it, I'd reckon manual removal is your best option (be careful not to cut the zoas though)
