Need help with a fitting 3/8 size

Where can I find a barbed fitting do that I can connect 2 CO2 scrubbers to my protein skimmer air intake. Something like that but barbed do that 3/8 size vinyl tube can fit it. The

You get three of these and push the plain end into the fitting you pictured above.
It makes a 3 way barbed fitting.

Thank you that would be needed but I think I need a part to connect the two containers. Maybe a Y fitting. I will look for one online.

Cancelled the order just needed left over tubing. Hopefully will get me to 8.3-8.5
