you could do some basic re sealing as a kind of quick fix ( not so quick but probably wouldn't last forever ) or, since it appears that the whole base is leaking to some extent, maybe just get a new tank, if it is standard size then it may only be a few hundred, plus all the hassle of taking this one apart and restarting it.

I am not experienced though, so Other can help more I am sure.

If you have time and no money, scrape 100% clean and rebuild.

If you have money and no time....buy a new tank
