Need help with a light schedule for my sb reef light

I have a 29 biocube and trying to come up with a good light schedule and can’t figure out if I need the whites on before the blues or if all can be ran at the same time. I have it turned down to 10 whites and 40 blues. Was running 20 whites and 60 blues but had diatoms show up so turned it down until the tank gets used to the new lights. Any help on numbers and time will be appreciated thanks
