Need help with a peninsula Aquascape...

As the title states. I just got a waterbox peninsula. It’s 48long 19wide 21high.

Question is where does the waterline begin and how high do I need to make this scape?

Been going at it for a couple hours and I’m stuck... I’m worried it won’t be high enough and my SPS are going to suffer

What kind of tank are you going for? Sps dominant? If you want a lot of SPS think about the flow situation and how much mounting space you have. Do you want encrusting? Tabling? Branching? Lots to consider

The waterline should be about halfway up the overflow slats at max capacity. That should help

How wide is your scape? Make sure you can at least get a flipper or something around the glass. I like space in the back and front of my peninsula. Here’s mine for reference. Naked scape and 1 year later.

What kind of lighting are you planning on using? My rock is sitting pretty far below my waterline and my sps seem fine. If you want to add more in later you can also add more rock in, or if you think you want more sps to start, build up your arch a little more. Like the scape you made a lot, btw.

im going with 3 Radion XR15 Pro Gen 5..

im worried that I won’t have enough par at 12 inches
