Need help with Ai Nero

So I purchased 2 Ai Nero 3s and they were working fine until today when I was doing a water I noticed they were off so I looked at the controls and they were flashing red and the circle was green so I did a reset and it did it again so i uninstalled it and its still doing it. Has anyone had issues with there Nero powerheads like this?

Only had since yesterday afternoon. But had to take the front screen off like for cleaning. Propeller wouldn't move -finally did-a piece of plastic or something was stopping it. working now--fingers crossed.

Assure the impeller area is clean and not restrictted with debris or snails. Try also running the unit BRIEFLY out of water to verify the impeller(propeller) runs.
If not- will be a power issue.
Try plugging into a different power source to see if that changes anything

Its saying BLE not connected. I just dont understand because it was working fine for the last 3 days

Make sure Bluetooth is connected as well as Parent , then child also listed.
BLE is indicating Bluetooth has low energy. Reset your modem also to see if you get better pump communication

Ble is bluetooth and location . Both need to be turned on. Red flashing means malfunction. Normally a reset would fix this issue on both. Maybe someone else with more knowledge will chime in.
