Need help with angel fish 3 days old

Attached to have a photo of them in quarantine. Had them in the maintain for 3 days. Everything was fine. Woke up this morning. They weren't doing good so I put them in quarantine. Any suggestions? Every other fish has been in the tank for months but for some reason Angel fish do not like it

Just a noob's, with some experience in the 80s, point of view. Take it for what it's worth.. If I were faced with this, I would treat it like a triage situation. The one on it's side might pull out of it. But I would opt that the odds for the koran(?) would significantly improve if I did what I had to do to get that much sicker coral beauty(?) out of there. Then I'd do a major water change.
