Need help with black algae/or bacteria

Does anyone know what type of algae this is? It appeared recently, It has a black fiber like hair but is more flexible, clinging to the surface of SPS and other areas and it will come off when I blowing on it. There are no air bubbles.
My indicators:
KH: 8
MG: 1350
CA: 450
NO3: 50
PO4: ~0.1
P/S: I changed the layout about 1 month ago. I kept the old layout in my sump tank

Possibly dinoflagellates but diatoms can form strings as well. Time to get out the microscope.

Im seeing diatoms but best determined under a microscope.

Possibly dinoflagellates but diatoms can form strings as well. Time to get out the microscope.

Thanks for the advice, but I don't actually have a microscope. Looking forward to more hypotheses that can be ruled out

Looks like diatoms but diatoms can look like dino- 2 characteristics
You can reduce white light, siphon and add liquid bacteria at 1.5ml per 10 gallons daily for a week and see how it pans out
Add snails such as astrea- nerite-trochus and margarita and see how things look in a week

Thanks for the great advice, I've been reduce white light for 3 days, it doesn't seem to flare up today (although they're still here).
I'll send the sample to my friend who works in the hospital tomorrow to see if he can check it for me. Will update if I get results.

Some dinos can be removed with UV (particularly those that disappear at night). Otherwise your best bet is maybe adding Copa pods or something or bacteria. It's unusual to have dinos with phosphate at that level but it's not impossible.

Thank you, I have the following hypothesis:
More than a month ago I removed half of the live rock in my tank to replace it with a new one. It is possible that beneficial microorganisms were rapidly reduced so that dinos had the opportunity to take over the environment.

Maybe. In my 48 gallon all with established rock, dinos popped back up almost immediately in a new tank. I have a feeling the brand new sand played a part in it since I lost a lot of microfauna from getting new sand.

Increase water change volume, reduce amount fed and run skimmer if not already

Maybe consider doing nothing since there appears to be only a small amount of dunoflagellate growth and the often quoted remedy of raising nutrients seems to not apply to your system.
