Need help with coral dips and removing pests

This weekend I'll be moving the corals I had in my old tank(1 SPS, 2 zoas, 1 hammer, 1 duncan) to a new tank. The old tank has a ton of nasty stuff in it and I want to do everything I can to prevent any of it from getting in the new tank, which means I need to dip these corals and any new ones I get.

I've always read people using Bayer pesticide as a dip for their corals. Is this really a thing and should I do it? My LFS says they dip all their corals in Seachem Reef Dip but I feel like this solution has an entirely different purpose than the Bayer one. One thing I can see on my zoas is bubble algae and I definitely need to get rid of that.

Should I use just the Bayer, just the Reef Dip or use both or what?

For the bubble algae you can do a hydrogen peroxide dip
