Just found this damsel. It must have been a quick death because he was fine yesterday. All other fish (damsels, tangs, clowns anthias etc) are doing fine and no symptoms.
This fish has 2-3 1mm spots on both sides of body. I have not introduced a new fish in about 6 months and they were QTd. I did introduce some corals a few months ago with no QT.
water parameters are all normal. SG 1.025, nitrates 8, phosphate.05, temp about 77.
