Need help with dark spots on my powder blue tang

I do t know what this is there are some white spots but the other ones look dark,is this ick ,he is eating good not scratching ,please help

Black Ich. Treat with 3 rounds of Prazi for about 15 days. I'd do a QT with 25% water change every 5 days and start another treatment.
