Need help with diatoms and a good online reef store.

I'm in desperate needs of some tips for this diatom issue I have. I will clean it and clean it...with in an hour its right back!!! My poor star fish can't keep up but he sure is trying. I also need help with finding an online reef store that is easy on shipping with good quality and not too over priced I'm only looking for a cheap cleaner crew and feather dusters and a small cheap bta. At my local pet store they have small BTAs for 24$ for one the size of a 50 cent piece.

Do you use a skimmer?
What kind light you run?
What kind of water do you use in order to mix new salt water for your water change?

My tanks been running for almost a year now. No we don't use a skimmer. Waiting for a new one from amazon. I live in Florida. My boss supplies me with ocean water from the boyton inlet. The water has always been good. We do a water change 10℅ every week. Maybe this time I got a bad batch? Could adding more RO water help?

No I think you need a skimmer.
Diatoms are a form of cycling process.
Can you test your water on nutrients for me

Boyton inlet huh. You will get nutrient fluctuation using that water. And watch the red tide reports in the summer. Don't use that water when there is a red tide in the area.
