Looking for help IDing this dino strain. It doesn't seem to be toxic as I have not lost any snails and it is sometimes on coral long term without causing death

Whatever it is, it seems to be nontoxic. The only time it seems to tick coral off is if it blocks light too long. I don't see any dead snails. I was watching a turbo graze on it last night and he's healthy as ever.

It's the tip of the cell structure that throws me off for ID
I need to fit an electron microscope in my house :)

Any idea what these sluggish looking things are in this (poorly captured) video?
