Need help with fan selection

Hey guys i have a 6 bulb t5 diy fixture in a canopy. I need to actively cool the bulbs because i am overdriving 4 of them. Man its hot.

So my question is i was considering these
AC Infinity AXIAL 1238, Muffin Fan, 115V 120V AC 120mm x 38mm High Speed, for DIY Cooling Ventilation Exhaust Projects
Or these
AC Infinity AXIAL 1225, Quiet Muffin Fan, 115V 120V AC 120mm x 25mm Low Speed, for DIY Cooling Ventilation Exhaust Projects

Im having a hard time deciding because of the difference in the amount of air they move. I was going to use 4 fans 2 pushing and 2 pulling.So do i want 440cfm of air movement? Is 47dbm loud?

Or do i want 204cfm of air movement and only 30dbm of noise per fan. What will be sufficient to cool these bulbs?

More air the better. Both of them you will be able to hear them.

The more air the better, but I can say my old aquatic life fixture with 4 t5 ho lamps used only 2 fans along of the 220cfm range and was fairly quiet.
The difference between 30db and 47db is alot:

30db=whisper
40db=a babbling brook
50db=light traffic

Well i ordered the quite ones. They move quite a bit of air and are super quite. The sound of the tank is louder than these fans.

Honestly these fans are spectacular! Very good construction very satisfied with my purchase

Bookmarking these as a replacement fans for my canopy fans. I have 120mm case fans now. Would like to push a little more air into the canopy.
