Need help with flow in a Waterbox infinia 275.6

I'm confused by flow and what pump to use, do I want a gyre for a 72x28x23 tank? Or power heads, I'm looking at vortech, which ones the 40 or 60 how many etc? Right now for at least 4 to 5 months no coral.

from my understanding you will be wanting both a gyre and the mp60s. the return pump imo would be aimed to get around 5 time circ of the water through the sump and the other pumps for the internal flow

How many 60 do I need, and what size gyre would you suggest?

i only have a 3' tank but from reading other threads here a guy went with 2 x mp60 at one end and a gyre at the other end...he said that was enough flow..i ant remember who it was
