Need Help with ID an suggestions - Green Frag

Hey guys, I need help identifying this large green frag I bought. My LFS said it was a Favites, but i'm not sure...
I want to figure out where to place it, for the first week or so I had it on the sand bed, I'm starting to notice the tips of the coral are either getting white, or they are growing, I'm not sure. I want to know where to place it to make sure it stays healthy. Just for clarification im talking about the frag on the left.

Yea, I can't tell. I have a Lepto an it seems to be encrusting over the plug. This however is a large hard chunk of coral.But it does look like that.
