Need help with ID and treatment

I installed a new sump on my system a few months back and started to run chaeto. It has grown like crazy but recently developed a reddish brown algae as well that I would like to get rid of.

I have been pretty lucky over the years with not getting much in the way of nuisance algae so this is new to me.

please help ID and possible treatment Thanks!

Looks like hair algae. Manual removal works. The trick is to have your "good" algae outcompete the bad.
