Need help with ID & any potential grazers

I have this algae, which looks like sea lettuce, taking hold in my frag tank.




I put in several Margarita snails, two turbos and two small urchins. I don't have a current phosphate or nitrate measurement right now. I really am curious what it is.

Looks like Ulva or Sea Lettuce. Kind of blurry video to be more precise.

I think that too... But I've never heard of it becoming so aggressive.

I'll take a better picture on a tripod after work.
