Need help with ID, maybe Prorocentrum Lima?

Hello I've been struggling with IDing this for awhile. While under the microscope, its doesn't seem to move at all. See attached pictures.

It's been very difficult to manage, in two weeks without water changes, it can completely cover the rock. I've had a few snails die too.

Nitrates :7ppm

So from my research, it sounds like these are to small to be Dinos. The microscopic images in my main post our at 1000x. I'm more leaning to Chrysophytes now.

Can anyone confirm and link to to some guides that can help beat this stuff? I've been battling it for over 6 months.

Weekly 20% water changes help reduce growth rate significantly, but its not enough to eliminate it.

Looks like amphidium dino. As you see it responds to lights.
Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15% IF you have light dependant corals) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off.
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as bacter 7 or XLM) per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights - ramping up and work your white lights up slowly

Can you further explain how you came to that conclusion? My concern that it might not be Amphidinium Dinos because of the microscope magnification power. If you compare the two images below Amphidinium is much larger then the algae in question and the image I have taken and I do not see it moving around like Amphidium. As I stated above, they do not move when under the microscope.

Deffo looks more like Chryso than Dino. I have small Cell Amphi's so am very used to seeing them and they don't look like that.
