Need help with ID

Hi everyone,

I need help IDing these small little white dots I have on my glass. There's a ton of them and the there are some on the LR as well. Should I be worried? What are they?

Those aren't feather dusters those are limpets they're reef safe

Saw the limpets, sounded like he's talking about all the tiny white specs though.
