Need help with ID

I was doing some maintenance on my aquarium today and I moved a rock that has a few mushrooms on it and I noticed these little pink growths all over the rock, I hadn't noticed them before because they were on the inside of a cave. Can someone please help me ID them.

they might be sponges not 100 sure though

Are sponges hard? These are hard.

I think those are Homotrema rubrum, a type of Foraminiferan.
