Need help with ID

Does anyone know what this is on the side of my tank
It just appeared last week. I wipe it off every night then it’s back the next day

Those are flatworms....don’t know what type though

+1 flatworms, usually the small ones are the coral eating ones. Can use flatworm exit to kill them off.

Agree flatworms; don't necessarily agree with the assessment they are coral eaters until ID is confirmed. Looks like Red Planaria to me. If thats the case they reproduce very quickly and can cover/block coral from light (thus starving it).

I would try a natural predator first before going to a chemical to solve the problem. Using FW exit usually requires multiple treatments (IME), and has a lot of manual work to it.

FW are pretty common too - if you're still adding coral/frags to your tank chances are you'll see them again (dipping is a good idea if QT isn't an option). Just imagine if you spent several hours on a couple of chemical treatments only to have them reappear. /nerdrage
