Need help with ID

Good morning. New to the hobby and have successfully battled a few different algae and nuisance issues.. but this one is beating me down. What is this stuff? Doesn’t look red enough to be Cyano...

side note - I recently used Vibrant to beat back Dino’s and green film algae.. as you can see green is back and I’m wondering if this other stuff is a product of the Vibrant.
