Need help with KH Carer?

I just got this and setup my lines. I got the concentrated reagent coralvue. I read should be diluted 1:8 so every 800ml of RO Water I should use 100ml of reagent?

Also, curious where you buy the caps that attach the lines to?

I did a test and coming with 4.94alk I tested with Salifert and shows 8dkh. I am guessing maybe I mixed reagent wrong? I used 100ml to 800ml of DI water.

Ok I read 2 tests and both reading 5.12. Obviously something is wrong but I dont know what.
