Need help with lighting my frag tank sump!

Hey guys so I decided that I want to get an actually good light for my sump that I use as a frag tank lol. I currently run a knockoff hydra looking light fixture...unfortunately it does not give me the par Im looking for. The dimension for the "frag tank" is 3ft long by 9in front to back and 9in of water height. I plan on having the lights about 12in or so off the water line. I run SB reef lights over my main display and wouldve loved to put those down below but couple problems...They are two big the 16in to fit underneath I think and on the lowest setting the par may be too much. I wanted to use their smaller one but it actually is a fuge light and not a coral light. Any suggestions I would like to keep the lighting as small as possible. I used to run my old kessil a160 but they were not getting it done for me. I would need two lights as I cannot place the light in the , middle due to a brace.

Retro kit a 2-4 bulb T5, more money and overkill RB photon V2 32

Unfortunately I do not think I can fit a t-5 retrofit kit underneath...plus it may get to hot since its in the stand. I was thinking maybe ai prime HD 16? two of those?
