Need help with lights

Hey, I’m pretty new to the reef tank thing and my tank sucks (2nd hand aqua one mini reef 120) so I’m buying a better one (Red Sea reefer 170) I have 1 ai prime currently and I was just wondering if I can buy a second one and chuck it on the reefer. Will this grow sps at all? The reefer is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm. Cheers

Absolutely, a pair of ai primes over that tank would be awesome. And yes they absolutely can grow sps

Thanks for your reply, currently I am tossing up between the nano and the 170 have you got any tips or considerations I should make before buying? Also thinking of starting a build thread when I end up buying it!

I have seen a reefer 170 with 2 AI primes set up and growing acro's.

Thanks for the welcomes guys as long as you think I can grow sps with 2 ai primes I will go with the 170 it also gives me some more room to add in dosing pumps and other cool stuff
