I think I have Caulerpa Racemosa but I'm not sure to be honest, does it look bad is it something that shouldn't not be in my display tank all info will help

What you have there is Caulerpa peltata.

There's pros and cons. The biggests cons are they can take over your tank and they have strong fast rhizoids that grab on to everything. Judge for yourself:
